‘Fear’ describes the story of an abusive relationship. It explains the tug of war between being afraid of the person you love but also desperately wanting them to be the person you seek comfort in, being “the fear and the cure”. You stay hoping they will change, but it comes to the point where you can't deny the impact and damage it has on every aspect of your life.
