The essence of ‘Frenemies’ lies in the feeling of being betrayed by someone you trust, and let close to you. It unearths all the rage and pain that we sometimes bury to save face. Frenemies is the clear message that you’ve hurt me and I’m not going to pretend I’m okay with it anymore.
